Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across India served by our courier partners. We don't ship outside India yet. If we can't deliver to your PIN code, we tell you and refund the order in full.

How long it takes

• Production: Every book is custom-made for your order — printed, bound and quality-checked by hand — so it takes 10–12 working days before it ships. Nothing is pre-printed: your pages are printed, trimmed, bound and checked only after you order. Working days are Monday–Saturday, except public holidays.
• Delivery after dispatch: usually 2–4 working days to metro cities, 4–7 working days to other towns, and up to 10 working days to remote areas, the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the islands.
• So most books reach you within 12–19 working days (about 2–3 weeks) of ordering. Large orders or busy festive seasons can take a few days longer — we'll email you if your order is delayed.

Need it by a date (a birthday, an anniversary)? Write to us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Shipping charges

• Free for orders of ₹2,999 or more (after any discount).
• ₹149 per order below that, shown before you pay.
• No cash on delivery — all orders are paid online.

Tracking

When your order ships, the courier name and tracking number appear on your order. You can see the status of every order — Paid, In production, Shipped, Delivered — on the orders page (sign in to see your orders on any device).

Packaging

Books are packed flat in protective packaging to arrive without bent corners.

Address and delivery attempts

• Please check your address, PIN code and mobile number — the courier calls this number. To change the address, email us before your order ships.
• If the courier can't deliver after its attempts (for example, wrong address or nobody available), the parcel comes back to us. We then resend it once you confirm the address; a reshipping charge of ₹149 may apply if the address was incorrect.
• If the parcel looks damaged when it arrives, please photograph it before opening — this helps us sort out a free reprint quickly.

Damaged books and parcels lost in transit are reprinted free or refunded — see our cancellation & refund policy.

PDFs

PDF copies are delivered instantly as a download in your browser; nothing is shipped.
